Our Packages:
Funeral Support Payment helps pay for funeral costs if you live in Scotland. You can use the payment towards funeral costs for a baby, child or adult. This includes babies who were stillborn.
It usually will not cover the full cost of the funeral but it should help pay for some costs. It can be paid either to you or the funeral director who’s helping you plan the funeral.
Only one person can get Funeral Support Payment for the funeral.

I have taken longer than I should have to post this review for which I apologise. Mitchells were amazing when I contacted them to take care of my lovely mum Sheila. They were friendly, caring, professional and extremely helpful. They came to the house and explained everything so clearly and kept in touch in the run up to the funeral. They were marvellous on the day too. Donna the celebrant is so lovely and very caring too. I have recommended to a friend and will be doing so again. Liam and his lovely family handled my Grandfather’s funeral with compassion, ease and kindness. They were very warm and friendly and chatting with Liam in between parts of the service was really calming and comforting during a very emotional day.
